1. Definitions

  • Quicknienumber: the service provider, owned by Sam Kamiel de Jager, NIE Z2280206Z, located at Carrer Costa i Borrás 10, 46017 Valencia, Spain.
    • Customer: the natural or legal person making use of Quicknienumber’s services.
    • Services: the intermediation and documentation services offered by Quicknienumber, including but not limited to the application for NIE, NIF, and TIE numbers and other administrative procedures in Spain.
    • Agreement: the binding contract between Quicknienumber and the Customer once the Customer submits an application and Quicknienumber confirms it.

2. Services

Quicknienumber provides support with administrative procedures in Spain. The Services include:
– Collecting and preparing documentation,
– Coordinating appointments with Spanish authorities or notaries,
– Submitting applications.

Quicknienumber acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the final decision or issuance of documents by the authorities.

3. Application Process

– The Customer must correctly and fully complete the online application form and provide the required documents on time.
– Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or rejection of the application, for which Quicknienumber cannot be held liable.

4. Prices and Payments

– Quicknienumber’s fees are clearly stated on the Website and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
– External costs such as notary fees, government fees (e.g., Modelo 790), and apostilles are not included and will be charged separately.
– All payments must be made in advance. Quicknienumber reserves the right not to process applications until full payment has been received.

5. Cancellation, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

– In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Law (LSSICE), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that are prepared and personalized immediately after ordering.
– Specifically: Once the notarial power of attorney has been sent to the Customer, the order cannot be cancelled and there is no right to a refund.
– For other packages, the same applies: once the appointment confirmation has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be made.
– Cancellation before this stage is only possible within 24 hours after payment, provided Quicknienumber has not yet started processing. Any refund will be reduced by administrative costs.

6. Customer Obligations

The Customer is responsible for:
– Providing the required documents in a timely and correct manner,
– Following the instructions of Quicknienumber,
– Attending appointments (if applicable).

Quicknienumber is not liable for rejections or delays resulting from errors or negligence on the part of the Customer.

7. Execution and Delivery Times

– Quicknienumber will make every effort to perform the Services carefully and within the indicated timeframes.
– Timeframes are indicative and depend on third parties (authorities, notaries, consulates). Quicknienumber cannot guarantee exact processing times.

8. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure – including but not limited to legal changes, policy adjustments, technical failures, strikes or problems with authorities – Quicknienumber may not always be able to provide the Services as originally agreed.

– If the application for a remote NIE number is no longer possible due to force majeure, the package will automatically be converted into a procedure where the Customer must personally appear in Spain at an office designated by Quicknienumber. Quicknienumber will then complete the application in an alternative way so that the Customer still receives the required outcome.
– If the Customer does not wish or is unable to come to Spain, there will be no right to any refund or compensation.
– There will never be a refund in the event of force majeure.

9. Liability

– Quicknienumber is not liable for decisions made by Spanish authorities or notaries, nor for delays caused by force majeure, policy changes or third parties.
– Any liability of Quicknienumber is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the relevant service.
– Quicknienumber is only liable for damages directly resulting from intent or gross negligence.
