When requesting administrative or legal services in Spain, such as an NIE number, TIE card, registration as autónomo, or registration with the Spanish tax authorities, it is inevitable that we process personal data on your behalf. This includes identification details, contact information, and, where relevant, your Spanish Digital Certificate.

We believe it is important that you know exactly what data we process, for what purpose, and under what conditions. This is why we have set this out in the Customer Privacy, Data Processing & Authorisation Agreement, drafted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

This document applies to all administrative, immigration, and consultancy services we provide on your behalf in Spain, and describes, among other things, what data we collect, how long we retain it, who we may share it with, and what rights you have as a customer.
