These terms will be permanently available on the website https://quicknienumber.com and may be updated at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect already formalized contracts.
Acceptance of this document implies that the USER expressly declares:
They have read, understood, and comprehended all the terms stated herein.
They have sufficient legal capacity to contract.
They accept all the obligations set out in this document.
These terms shall remain valid indefinitely and will apply to all contracts made through the PROVIDER’s website.
The PROVIDER informs that this business complies with applicable legislation and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms, without affecting those already accepted and in effect at the time of contracting.
Quick NIE Number offers digital services related to administrative procedures in Spain (NIE, residency registration, residency permit, registration as self-employed).
Access and contracting of these services are restricted to individuals of legal age with the legal capacity to contract.
No user account is required. Contracting is carried out directly via form and online payment.
The contracting process includes the following steps:
Selection of the desired service on the website.
Completion of the form with personal data.
Review of the order summary.
Acceptance of these general conditions and the privacy policy.
Choice of payment method (credit card, PayPal, or Klarna).
Order confirmation via automatic email.
Once payment is received, the PROVIDER will contact the USER to begin delivering the contracted service.
Prices shown on the website include VAT and are expressed in euros (€).
The USER may pay via:
Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
PayPal
Klarna (installment payment if enabled)
All payments are processed through a secure SSL-encrypted gateway.
The PROVIDER does not store the USER’s financial information.
The contracted services do not involve the delivery of physical goods, but rather the performance of administrative procedures by the PROVIDER.
Service activation begins once payment is confirmed and contact with the client is established.
The client must provide the necessary documentation.
Estimated processing times are stated with each service and may vary due to administrative factors.
In accordance with Article 103(a) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply once service execution has begun, with the consumer’s prior consent and express waiver of the right.
However, the USER may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from its formalization, provided that service execution has not started.
To exercise this right, the USER must send an email to info@quicknienumber.com expressing their intention to withdraw.
The USER agrees to:
Provide truthful, accurate, and updated information
Cooperate in a timely manner by submitting the required documentation
Not use the website or services for illegal purposes
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the service without the right to a refund.

The PROVIDER guarantees the correct performance of the service as agreed.
In case of provider-related noncompliance:
The paid amount will be refunded
Or the service will be repeated at no additional cost
The PROVIDER will not be responsible for:
Errors or omissions in the information provided by the USER
Delays caused by public authorities
Force majeure (strikes, pandemics, IT failures, etc.)

The USER agrees that the PROVIDER may collect and use necessary data for authentication.
